The tread on these things is quite aggressive providing impeccable performance out in the bogs or on the trail. BF Goodrich has put their special DiggerLugz in the treads and sidewall that help ensure better traction and provide plenty of structural support.
Another aspect of these tires is the way the tread is designed, it flushes the mud out of the treads so that it doesn’t just fill in and ‘bald’ the tires once they are covered.
The only downfalls that I have found with these tires so far are that I need to get them rebalanced more often than other M/T that I have tried. And the rubber doesn’t wear evenly, so each time I got them rebalanced I also got them rotated!
